See your house lit up before you pay anything
Most companies ask you to picture it. We show you.
Send us a photo of your home, or we walk the property with you. Either way you get a real mock-up of your own house with the lights on, the garland hung, and the trees wrapped, before you commit to a single dollar.

You see your house with the lights on
A real mock-up of your home, plus the price. Change the color, add a tree, drop the garland. Nothing is due.

10% holds your install date
About $200 on a typical $2,000 job, and it comes off your total. We text you the link and it takes thirty seconds. The deposit is what locks your spot on the calendar, so it isn't refundable once your date is held.
- 04
We install, service, take down, and store it
January takedown, free off-season storage, and in-season repairs on us. You never buy or store a single strand.

Year Over Year
Year one is the big one. It gets cheaper after that.
Year one covers custom design and fabrication. We measure your home, cut every strand to fit it exactly, and build a display that belongs to that house and no other. That work is done once.
After year one, the heavy lifting is behind you. We store the display, maintain it, and repair it in the off-season, then bring it back ready to hang. That's why year two and year three cost less than year one.
- Year 1: design, fabrication, and full-service install
- Year 2: 10% off your Year 1 price
- Year 3: 10% off your Year 1 price
- Stored, maintained, and repaired by us between seasons
A 10% deposit holds your spot on the install calendar. We text or email it to you once you approve the design, and your date is locked as soon as it comes through. Want to spread the rest out? Monthly payments start at $149/month on a three-year agreement.
Pricing FAQ
Questions about cost
- Because you shouldn't have to sit through a sales pitch to learn what holiday lights cost. Published rates keep our estimates honest and let you ballpark your home before we ever knock on the door. The design consult sets the exact number, but it's built from the same rates you see here.
- Yes, and it's the part people are surprised by. Before anything is due, we build an exact mock-up of your home with the lights on, so you can see the finished display on your actual house. We do these on-site or virtually from photos, whichever is easier for you. Change whatever you want, then decide.
- A 10% deposit holds your date on the install calendar. Once you approve the design, we text or email you a link, and your spot is locked as soon as it comes through. The calendar is first come, first served and November and December fill up, so the deposit is really just how you get on the schedule.
- Mostly linear feet and access. A long roofline costs more than a short one, and a steep two-story roof takes more time than a single story. Wrapping is priced per strand, so a mature branch tree costs more than a skinny palm. Packages show contents and ranges, never fixed prices; the design consult sets the number.
- No. The lights are included in the service price. We own the commercial-grade materials, custom-cut them to your home, store them for you in the off-season, and replace anything that fails. You never store a single strand in your garage.
- The full service, not just the install. $800 is roughly 100 feet of roofline, and it includes the design consult and mock-up, custom-cut commercial-grade lights, professional installation, a smart timer, in-season repairs, January takedown, and free off-season storage. Short rooflines are quick for us, so we keep the entry point low on purpose.
- Design and fabrication happen once, in year one. After that your display already exists, so Year 2 and Year 3 each run 10% off your Year 1 price. We store it, maintain it, and repair it between seasons, and it comes back ready to hang.
