These terms govern your use of the Coastal Clarity Lighting website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and the condition of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment if conditions differ materially from what was described.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the areas where work will be performed. Weather or safety conditions may require us to reschedule; we will communicate any changes as early as possible.
Materials and warranty
Unless otherwise stated, lighting materials we install remain part of the service and, for seasonal installs, are stored by us between seasons. Workmanship and manufacturer warranties apply as described in your specific quote or agreement.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.
Limitation of liability
We carry insurance and take care to protect your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
