We use commercial-grade LED bulbs with weather-sealed sockets, UV-stabilized wire, and clips sized specifically to your roofline, so the display lasts the whole season without sag, flicker, or failed strands.

We design a display that fits your home, your style, and your budget. Roofline C9 lighting starts at $8 a linear foot and most homes land between $1,800 and $4,000 in their first season:

We limit the number of Christmas light installs each season so every customer gets our full attention and a spotless install. The best install dates, the first two weeks after Thanksgiving, always go first, and our November and December calendars usually sell out.
Booking early is also the cheapest way to do this: installs booked by September 30 are 15% off, and October bookings are 10% off. Book now and you lock in both your price and your install date.

From design to takedown, we handle it all
Design
We walk your roofline with you, pick a color scheme, and lay out exactly where the lights will go. You see a plan before we buy a single bulb.
Install
Commercial-grade LED bulbs, weather-sealed sockets, and roof-clip mounting. No staples through your fascia, no tape on your trim.
Service & maintain
If a bulb burns out or a strand stops working, we're out within 48 hours to fix it. The 48-Hour Relight, no charge, every season.
Takedown & storage
When the season ends, we pull everything down, store it labeled for your home, and bring it back ready to install next year.

We install from late October through early December, and more than 50 spots are already taken by customers coming back from last season. The ten days before Thanksgiving always go first.

Holiday Lighting, common questions
- No. Commercial-grade LEDs, clips, and timers are all included in the service price. We own the materials, store them for you year over year, and replace any that fail.
- The earlier the better, and it's cheaper too. Installs booked by September 30 are 15% off and October bookings are 10% off. Our November and December calendars usually sell out, and the first two weeks after Thanksgiving always go first, so booking early locks in both your date and your price.
- Roofline C9 lighting runs $8 per linear foot, icicle lighting is $10 per foot, and tree wrapping starts at $105 per palm. A single-story roofline typically lands between $800 and $1,600, and most full displays run $1,800 to $4,000 in the first season. There's a $800 job minimum, and the price includes the lights, the install, in-season repairs, takedown, and storage. See our pricing page for the full rate sheet.
- No. We use clips sized to your roofline and gutters, never staples, never tape, and never holes. Every strand is custom-cut so nothing gets stretched or forced, and we walk the roof the same way we'd walk our own.
- Yes, regularly. We install throughout Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Coronado, and other communities with covenants and design review, and we'll match approved colors, timing windows, and takedown deadlines. Tell us your HOA's rules up front and we'll design inside them.
- Fully insured, with a City of San Diego business license, and we're happy to send a certificate of insurance before we set foot on your property. Our crew is covered while they're on your roof, so a slip is our problem and never yours.
- Everything. After the holidays, we return on your scheduled takedown date, carefully remove every strand and clip, inspect each bulb, and store the lights off-site until next year.
- Call or text us and we'll be out within 48 hours to repair or replace any section that isn't working. We call it The 48-Hour Relight, it costs nothing, and it runs all season. The lights are ours, so a dead bulb is our problem rather than yours.
- Yes. White, warm white, multi-color, red/green, blue/white, whatever fits your home's style. We'll bring color samples to the design consultation.
- We have packages that start at a typical single-story roofline and scale up from there. Call us and we'll put together a quote that fits your home.
