Cottages, View Homes, and Everything Between
Del Mar is two towns stacked on one hill. Down by the Beach Colony you get small historic cottages with short, fussy rooflines and old trim. Up on the Heights you get big view homes with 200 feet of fascia and a canyon behind them. Christmas light installation in Del Mar has to handle both without looking like the same job twice.
On a cottage, less wins. One clean warm-white line, a lit entry, a wreath, done. On a view home the display has to hold up from across the canyon, so we push the run further and add trees. Either way it is custom-cut to your house before we ever pull into the driveway.

Salt Air Off the Beach Colony
A block from the water, the air is doing real damage all winter. Sockets corrode, contacts pit, and cheap strands start dropping sections in early December. Every Del Mar homeowner who has hung their own lights knows the sinking feeling of one dead run on the front gable.
Our answer is the parts list, not a warranty page. Commercial-grade LEDs, weather-sealed sockets, UV-stable wire, and clips cut to your fascia. If a section does quit, text us and we come out. In-season repairs are part of the price, not an add-on.
Permanent Lighting and Party Nights
If you would rather stop doing this every November, permanent lighting hides a slim LED channel under the fascia and gives you the whole year from an app. Warm white for a dinner outside, red and green in December, patriotic in July, off the rest of the time.
We also do one-night work: bistro strings over a deck, uplighting on the front of the house, path lights down to the gate. Graduations, anniversaries, and the parties that run long through racing season.
Book Before the Village Fills
Del Mar is a small town with a short list of good install dates. Book by September 30 and take 15% off. October is 10%. November and December usually sell out, and the days right after Thanksgiving go first every year.

- Not the ones we hang. Commercial-grade LEDs with weather-sealed sockets and UV-stable wire hold up through a full coastal season. We own the lights and store them, so keeping them in good shape is on us, not you.
- Yes, and carefully. Original trim and soft fascia get clips only. No staples, no nails, no tape. If a section of trim is too fragile to clip, we route the run somewhere else and tell you why.
- Both, plus the Beach Colony. The Heights and the village get scheduled on the same trip, which is part of why we can hold Del Mar pricing where it is.
- Earlier than you think. Fall in Del Mar is busy, and the best install dates are gone by mid-October most years. September booking also gets you 15% off, so there is no reason to wait.
