When you call, text, email, or request a quote, we collect the contact details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and service address, along with any information you share about the work you’re interested in.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a quote, schedule and perform services, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling or communication tools), and only as needed to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law.
Our quote request form
Our quote request form is hosted by Jobber, our scheduling and customer management provider, and it loads from Jobber on the pages where the form appears: our contact page, our design preview page, and our Christmas lights landing pages. That means simply opening one of those pages tells Jobber the address and title of the page you are on, the page that referred you, and your IP address, and it may include an analytics identifier that lets a request be connected to the visit it came from. When you submit the form, the information you enter goes directly to Jobber and is handled under their privacy policy as well as this one.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to learn which ads and pages lead to a call, a text, an email, or a quote request. They record page views, taps on our call, text, and email buttons, and visits to our request-received page, along with cookie and device identifiers, your IP address, and the ad that brought you here. Google Ads may also use those cookies to show you our ads on other sites you visit. We do not send any of them your name, phone number, email, or anything you type into a form. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, in your Google ad settings, in your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business obligations.
