Rooflines Built for C9
Carmel Valley might be the best C9 neighborhood in San Diego. The two-story stucco homes that fill 92130 have exactly the bones a roofline design wants: strong front gables, clean fascia lines, and a garage return that ties the run together. When the whole elevation is traced, the house looks drawn in light.
The catch is height. Most of these gables peak well above a homeowner's ladder, and tile along the eaves does not forgive improvisation. Our crew works two-story tile rooflines every week with clips fitted to the tile profile, no staples, no drilled holes, and nobody from your household above step-stool height.

HOA Rules Without the Headache
Nearly every street here sits under an association, and most of them are reasonable about holiday lighting: tasteful displays, seasonal dates, nothing left up in February.
That is our default look anyway. If your HOA publishes lighting guidelines, send them over with your photo and we design inside them from the start. January takedown is built into every package, so the display is gone before anyone on the board thinks about it.
Evenings That Show Off the Work
The canyons that thread through Carmel Valley pull cool air through the neighborhood at dusk, and families are out in it: school pickups run late, One Paseo fills up in the evening, and the streets get real foot traffic through December.
That is the audience your display actually has. We design for how the house reads from the sidewalk at 6pm, not from a photo at noon, and the timer makes sure it is on every night without anyone thinking about it.
What It Costs, Published
Roofline C9 runs $8 a linear foot on the first story and $10 on the second, with an $800 minimum, and most Carmel Valley two-stories land in the $1,200 to $2,400 range all-in once an entry tree or garland joins the roofline. - Text a daylight photo of the front of your house and you will usually have the mock-up back the same day, with the price beside it. Nothing is due until you like what you see.
